Elizabethtown College Student, Shaelyn Divins, earned Emergent Scholar Honors

Shaelyn Divins, of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, has earned Emergent Scholar honors for 2015.

Emergent Scholars have attained at least a 3.75 cumulative grade point average at the end of their first three semesters. Qualified students are full-time students who have not previously attended another college or university for full-time study and have earned at least 42 credits in the three consecutive semesters as a student at Elizabethtown College or one of its affiliated programs.

Divins is a sophomore, computer science major at Elizabethtown College. Mentor for Divins is Dr. Thomas R. Leap, associate professor of computer science.
