Elizabethtown College Students participate in 2014 European Union Simulation

Jamie Hopkins, of Codorus, Pennsylvania, was a member of the Elizabethtown College team representing Denmark in the fall 2014 Mid-Atlantic European Union Simulation.

The conference is part of the curriculum in the European Simulation course offered at Elizabethtown. The three-day role-playing exercise, held in Washington D.C, included about 150 students from 15 colleges and universities. The goal of this exercise was for students to amend a proposal of Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership between the United Stated and European Union.

European Union Scholar, Jamie Hopkins, is a senior political science and Japanese major French minor at Elizabethtown College.
